Description: (1984) STS-41-B Challenger Launch - WESTAR-VI; Indonesian Communication Satellite PALAPA-B2

STS-41-B was the tenth Space Shuttle mission and the fourth flight for Challenger.

Liftoff occurred at 8 a.m. EST, on February 3, 1984. Two communications satellites one for Western Union (WESTAR) and the other for Indonesia (Palapa B-2) were deployed about 8 hours after launch.
