Adults - Astronomy Correspondence Course

Benefit
Your interest in the cosmos can quickly be snuffed out by all of the confusing science facts and available equipment.  We help you sort through the confusion and guide you in learning how the night sky works.  Armed with a better understanding of the sky and your areas of interest, you'll be able to make better use of your current telescope or be able to make a more informed decision when you look to buy one.  By the time you complete the program you'll be an experience amateur astronomer.
Correspondence Course
Adults work through a variation of the Satelloids Ranking Projects as a correspondence course.  While it may seem unusual, the basics of the sky are the same for all whether 10, 35, or 55 years old.  The Chief Astronomer will also be available to guide you through any question you might encounter.  You'll also receive the newsletter, opportunities to participate in real science and astronomy alerts of upcoming major events.
